AEO Expert in Bangladesh — Answer Engine Optimization
Get selected as the answer, not just another blue link. Featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes, voice results and AI-generated answers — optimized with methods grounded in what's actually verifiable.
What Is Answer Engine Optimization?
AEO is optimizing your content so it gets selected as the answer — in Google featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes, voice assistants, and AI-generated responses — rather than just appearing as one blue link among ten. The shift matters because a growing share of searches now end without a click: the user reads the answer directly on the results page. If that answer isn't sourced from your site, the visibility goes to whoever it was sourced from instead.
AEO and classic SEO aren't competing approaches — AEO builds on solid SEO foundations. A page that can't be crawled or indexed won't be quoted either. What AEO adds is structure: clear question-and-answer formatting, schema markup that removes ambiguity, and content written to be extracted cleanly rather than skimmed by a human.
What AEO Service Includes
- Question research — identifying the actual questions your audience asks, from People Also Ask data, search console queries and real customer conversations
- Answer-first content restructuring — leading each section with a direct, quotable answer before the elaboration, which is what extraction actually rewards
- Schema markup implementation — FAQPage, HowTo, Article and entity schema so search engines and AI systems get unambiguous structured facts instead of inferring from prose
- Featured snippet targeting — formatting content to match the snippet type each query actually returns: paragraph, list or table
- E-E-A-T signal building — named authorship, credentials, cited sources and freshness signals that make your content a credible source to quote
- Voice search optimization — conversational phrasing and concise answers suited to how voice queries are spoken and answered
An Honest Note on AEO Claims
You'll see a lot of confident statistics quoted around AEO right now — specific percentages of searches that are zero-click, precise predictions about how much of search will be AI-driven by a given year. Many of those numbers get repeated without a traceable source, and some contradict each other outright.
What's actually verifiable: featured snippets and People Also Ask boxes occupy real estate above traditional results and have for years. AI-generated answers are appearing in more search results over time. Structured, well-marked-up content is easier for any system to extract. Those are enough reason to do AEO properly — without inventing a statistic to justify it.
I wrote a full evidence-based breakdown of what the data actually supports in this GEO guide and this AI Overviews guide.
Why Work With Me on AEO
I built and open-sourced a free AI-Ready Audit tool that scores any site on exactly these dimensions — SEO, GEO, AEO and future-readiness — with every scoring threshold traced to a cited source. You can run it on your own site right now without hiring anyone.
That's the same methodology I apply in client engagements. Currently running AEO workstreams for a Harley Street medical clinic in London and a global skills assessment platform — both documented openly in active engagements, including the parts that haven't produced results yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
SEO optimizes for ranking in the list of search results. AEO optimizes for being selected as the answer shown above or instead of that list — featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice results and AI-generated answers. AEO builds on SEO foundations rather than replacing them; a page that can't be indexed can't be quoted either.
It depends on your market. If your customers research before buying — services, healthcare, B2B, considered purchases — then yes, because those are exactly the queries that trigger featured snippets and AI answers. For simple transactional local searches, classic local SEO usually matters more first. I'll tell you honestly which applies to your situation rather than selling you the service either way.
Featured snippet and People Also Ask appearances tracked over time, Search Console impression data for question-type queries, and manual verification of whether your content is being cited in AI answers for target questions. AI citation tracking is genuinely harder to measure than classic rankings, and I'd rather say that upfront than pretend the measurement is cleaner than it is.
Partly — there's real overlap between AEO and GEO. Structured, clearly-answered content is easier for any AI system to extract. But getting cited in ChatGPT or Perplexity specifically also depends on crawler access, entity signals and third-party presence, which is why I usually run AEO and GEO together rather than as separate services.
Featured snippet capture can happen faster than classic ranking improvements — sometimes within weeks of restructuring a page, if the page already ranks on page one for the query. Terms where you don't yet rank at all take longer, because you generally need to rank before you can be selected as the answer.
