These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ahsan-jannat.netlify.app (the "Site"), its free tools, and the SEO, AEO, GEO, and Meta Ads services offered by Ahsan Jannat ("I," "me"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About the Services

This Site presents my professional services — search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and Meta Ads management — along with portfolio content, case studies, blog articles, and free tools. Some services are delivered together with the specialists listed on the Our Team page. Information on this Site describes what I offer; it is not itself a binding contract for any specific engagement.

2. Client Engagements

Paid work is agreed individually, in writing (a message or email confirming scope is sufficient), before it begins. Each engagement should define the scope of work, deliverables, reporting frequency, timeline, and fees. Indicative prices shown on this Site (for example, "starting from $299") are general guides, not fixed quotes — the final price depends on the scope agreed for your project.

  • Payment: fees and payment schedule are confirmed in the engagement agreement. Ongoing monthly services are billed per the agreed cycle.
  • Client responsibilities: timely access to the accounts, websites, and information needed to do the work, and feedback within a reasonable time.
  • Changes in scope: work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
  • Ending an engagement: either party may end an ongoing monthly engagement with reasonable written notice; work already completed remains payable.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Search rankings, AI-answer citations, traffic, and ad performance depend on many factors outside my control, including search engine and platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, and the condition of your website. Results shown in case studies are real outcomes for those specific projects and are not a promise or prediction of results for any other project. I don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or return on ad spend.

4. Free Tools

The free SEO audit tool and other utilities on this Site are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. Results come from third-party data sources (such as Google's PageSpeed Insights API) and automated checks, and may be incomplete or change between runs. They aren't a substitute for a full professional audit, and I'm not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of a free tool's output.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of this Site — including text, articles, case study write-ups, design, and code — is owned by me or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source, but you may not copy, republish, or resell substantial portions of the Site without written permission. Work delivered to a client under a paid engagement transfers to that client on full payment, as agreed in the engagement terms.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site or its tools for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying services
  • Submit false or misleading information through the contact form or other inputs
  • Use automated methods to scrape or bulk-copy Site content

7. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Site links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertisements. These are provided for convenience and revenue support; I don't control their content or practices and am not responsible for them. Advertisements are labeled as such and don't represent an endorsement.

8. Confidentiality

Information you share about your business during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to do the agreed work. Case studies that name a client are only published with that client's involvement or on the basis of non-sensitive, permitted information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While I work to keep information accurate and current, I can't guarantee that everything on the Site is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or its free tools. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, unless the engagement agreement states otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless a written engagement agreement specifies otherwise or mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides differently.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Terms agreed in a signed or confirmed engagement stay as agreed unless both parties agree to change them.
